Main exhibits Mono Drive Two Way Feeder A revolutionary vibration type parts feeder that allows parts to be stored, aligned and supplied on a single linear feeder. It comes with improved maintenance due to its simple construction. In comparison with existing products, this feeder provides significant space saving, labor saving and reduced costs because it only uses a single drive controller. It can transport small to medium size parts (mechanical, electrical and plastic) and lightweight parts such as bolts and pins. Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Small Controller This controller is equipped with a variety of functions such as an external speed switch function, work shortage detection function and inching motion function which contribute towards improved work efficiency of manufacturing lines and setup. The controller has feedback control using a vibration sensor which achieves constant amplitude as well as a resonance tracking function. A series of 4 controller types are available such as a high-performance type for small to medium size parts.
