<p style="text-align: center;"><img src="/ueditor/php/upload/image/20230313/1678700842251176.png" title="1678700842251176.png" alt="4.png"/></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Enduro Bearings reported a multi-year distribution agreement with Orange Sport Supply in Canada and Grupo GL in Central America.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Grupo GL will represent Enduro Bearings in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Belize. Orange Sport Supply and Grupo GL will stock Enduro’s product range, including the XD15 stainless/ceramic hybrid bearings, Maxhit headsets and bottom brackets, and Directline derailleur pulleys.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Last year, in two of its key markets, the U.K. and Germany, Enduro introduced a co-op marketing support program that included retail point-of-sale, product education and consumer promotions, bolstered by improved distributor and dealer margins to increase retailer and consumer awareness of its products and technologies.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">“We are excited about our growth opportunities in Canada and new opportunities in Central America.
