Clever - This guarantees quality and repeatability by eliminating the possibility of human error and the time-consuming manual orientation of the part during loading. Advanced bending - This adds strategic machine cycles to optimize the system operation and movements for bending that makes the entire machine cycle faster. Hands free - This preserves the quality of the part during unloading and allows operator full use of their hands to control the part. Stress free - This optimizes safety, ergonomics and efficiency. Robot interface (option) - This automates the bending process to maximize productivity and safety.
